HOW DO I SPECIFY WHAT LETTER/NUMBER/WORD(S) I WANT WITH MY PERSONALIZED ITEM?
To let us know what letter/number/word(s) you'd like with your personalized item, please add desired to cart, and specify letter/number/word(s) in the NOTES section at checkout.
WHAT DO I DO IF I AM ORDERING MULTIPLES OF THE SAME PERSONALIZED ITEM, BUT I NEED DIFFERENT LETTERS/NUMBERS/WORDS WITH EACH PIECE?
To received assistance with this kind of order, please add desired items to your card, and type "CONTACT FOR PERSONALIZATION DETAILS" in the NOTES section at checkout, and complete your order by completing your order at checkout. Someone will be in touch with you via email within one business day to confirm any details of your multi-quantity personalized order.
I DO NOT SEE MY RING SIZE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you do not see your ring size, please select "I don't see my ring size" under the options for Ring Size on the product page, and let us know what your size is in the NOTES section at checkout. All pre-selected sizes outside of stock size (noted in description of ring on product page) is considered a special order. Please allow for noted delivery time while we make your ring.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 7 (seven) days or an exchange within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt in the item's complete original packaging, provided the item has not been worn or altered. Custom, personalized, altered, clearance, items listed as final sale, or special ordered pieces are ineligible for return or exchange. Final sale items will be noted as such on the item's product page. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Items sent back to us without a Return Authorization will be refused and returned to sender. Credit will be given upon inspection and approval of item in original, unworn condition. Credit will not include original shipping charges.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We will process your online order and ship within 36 hours upon credit approval, provided all items are in stock. In the event any item is oversold, we will order that item for you and ship upon arrival. We will let you know within 24 hours if an item is oversold and it's expected delivery date. Should a delay in delivery require you to cancel the order, we will process that return immediately. If approved to order, this item will be considered Final Sale, and is ineligible for a cancellation, exchange or return.
HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
Jewelry Studio ships all orders via UPS. Shipping options (Ground, 2nd Day or Next Day) are selected at checkout. Your shipped order is insured in full and subject to an adult (over age 21) signature by the courier upon delivery. We do not ship to a PO box.
All purchases made by credit card are shipped only to the address registered with the credit card company. At any time Jewelry Studio may ask you to provide a second form of ID for your protection.
If there is any damage to your package, such as a broken seal or cracked box, please contact us before accepting the package.

Express Delivery Information: Orders must be received before noon EST for same-day expedited processing and delivery.
Please allow approximately 7-10 days for standard ground delivery of all in-stock merchandise.
Second-day and Overnight delivery are available for all in-stock merchandise.
Orders to Hawaii and Alaska must ship Second-day air.
All merchandise is shipped UPS and delivery must be to a physical address.
We currently do not ship to US territories or outside of the United States.
